As of May 1st 2007 all luminaires above 150V expedited from Peerless Electric Ltd.
plants will be equipped with a CSA / UL approved integrated electrical disconnect that
fully meets both the new Canadian Electrical Code 30-308(4) and the new
National Electrical Code 410.73 (G) for non-residential fluorescent fixtures.

EFFECTIVE MAY 14 2007 NEW PROCEDURES FOR REPLACING DEFECTIVE BALLAST
Effective May 14, 2007, all warranty claims for defective ballasts manufactured by Ultrasave, Osram/Sylvania and Advance will be handled by the ballast manufacturer. These new procedures, which are explained below, will greatly decrease the time involved regarding warranty issues. Please contact our order desk for warranty issues for all other ballast manufacturers.
