We hire full-time, on-site roles in Quality, Engineering, Accounting, Administrative, Sales & Marketing, Electrical Control of lighting products including manufacturing and assembly, located in Cornwall, ON. You may be responsible for monitoring manufacturing, assembly and testing, troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service for fluorescent and LED luminaires in-house and field service settings.

• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Skilled in the fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, adjustment and repair of electronic, electro-mechanical components & systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Excellent Customer Service and English language skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams
• Experience with electrical or mechanical industry, or formal education in engineering or technical fields is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, climb and work from ladders, use hand tools including a drill, multimeter, screwdriver etc…
• Must be able to travel without restriction, within North America.
